  I enrolled an infant and toddler. The daycare was very unorganized. The assistant director knew i would be coming 2 weeks in advance yet failed to give me a code to get into the doors for the full 2 days my kids were their. The first day the teachers had no clue they would have new students, they wrote in sharpie on my sons bottles without my permission, put a bib on my child that was not his when i had 4 in his bag for him, and also kept my containers that separate his formula. My toddler had snot all down her face and clothes, they wiped her nose with rough paper towels which made it worse and forgot to put her blanket in her bag and also put diapers with a little boys name on them in my little girls bag that has her name on it embroidered in black. This was all within the first day of dropping my kids off. The assistant is very nice but seems very overwhelmed and couldn't really answer my questions confidently. When it came to me leaving, i did get a partial refund back with no questions ask which was the only good thing about this terrible situation. I highly recommend to not take your kids to this daycare. If so, make sure you know exactly what you bring because you may never get it back again or it'll be with some other kids.
